Join us for a special FREE webinar about innovation:
For over 30 years, both business practice and research on innovation have taken the perspective that new product and process development can be managed like any other (complex) process of the firm. While a highly structured and closely supervised approach is helpful in creating incremental innovations, our experience, supported by a decade-long study of numerous companies across many industries reveals that it is not conducive to creating breakthrough innovations. In today's economy, businesses must rethink how to nurture and thrive on their innovative workforce.
This webinar’s presenter, Bruce Vojak, a leading authority on Innovation, will explore a “people” perspective of innovation. The approach will help organizational decision-makers zero in on the cutting-edge individuals who repeatedly create and deliver breakthrough innovations in mature organizations. These employees solve problems and substantially (and disproportionately) contribute to the financial value to their firms. They are referred to as “Serial Innovators”.
Webinar participants will learn who these Serial Innovators are, how they develop novel products and processes and how they navigate mature companies. Based on numerous interviews with Serial Innovators and their co-workers, Bruce will review how to identify, understand, support, and manage these unique and important individuals for long-term success.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
Please call Kevin Hogan at (630) 505-0500 ext. 228 if you have any questions.
