This dynamic and interactive program provides front-line and mid-level managers with essential skills to succeed. Focus is on traditional leadership competencies and strategies for overcoming hurdles women leaders face in the workplace.

$1,300 ($650 with grant)*

Includes lunch, materials, and 1 hour of personal coaching following program completion.

NOTE: Each participant is also expected to identify an internal sponsor or mentor prior to start of the program.



About the Presenter

Francene Pelmon has more than 25 years of experience in organizational leadership. Her accomplishments include successfully repositioning the U.S. Operations of a global company for profitable sales growth, launching major consumer/industrial products, implementing lean six sigma, and coaching and developing employees. She has led Leadership Development programs and served as an executive coach and strategic consultant for Illinois BIS for nearly 10 years, working with clients across industries.

Francene holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA with concentrations in Marketing, Management & Strategy and Organizational Behavior from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
